Rent the indoor training facility for private or small group training use. Facility is approximately 1500 sq ft (30 ft x 50 ft). Rentals are by the hour. Facility rentals are non-refundable. Outdoor cleats are allowed but indoor turf shoes (flats) are recommended. No water fountains or restroom on site, but facilities are nearby. Renter is responsible for facility maintenance and guests. Summary of Agreements Being Consented to:
By completing your purchase at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that indoor soccer activities and facility use involve inherent risks of serious injury or death, and you voluntarily assume all such risks. You expressly release and waive the right to sue the facility and its owners, staff, and affiliates for claims arising from their ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, and agree to indemnify and defend them against certain third-party claims. You further agree to comply with facility rules, consent to emergency medical treatment if needed, accept venue and jury-trial limitations, and acknowledge that the facility’s physical address and access details are private and restricted. If signing on behalf of a minor or attending as a spectator, you accept additional responsibilities for supervision and related claims. These agreements affect important legal rights and should be read carefully before booking.
