Have questions? You can get most of them answered HERE on the blog.
You should receive an email of introduction from me shortly with some great tips and a couple of questions I ask of each subscriber. It is the ONLY automated email I send once you confirm your subscription. I want to hear back from you so that I can better help with YOUR needs. Plus, I’ve included a free download I think you’ll like. No two players are alike & over 95% of the players I train are club players or higher. This means that training MUST remain fresh while continually incorporating the key elements that make players better. When used with consistency, these methods create an incredible platform for taking your game to the Next Level.
Players “sports maturity” plays a big role in development. This means understanding that practicing little by little on the right things will eventually soak into your muscle memory. Immature players will learn something and think that’s enough, while mature players learn that you continue practicing even if you’re great at it. You can also search through the blog which has over 250 articles covering tactics, technique, mindset, nutrition and more. Some of the biggest clubs and associations in America use the blog to help educate their parents, players and coaches.
One of the most important elements of any player’s success is their mastery of the fundamentals and then their perfection of those techniques as they parley into other levels, styles and positions of play. We have seen this in sports with Kobe Bryant (RIP), Messi, Ronaldo, Serena Williams, Tom Brady and others. They all practice really hard but take care of their bodies. Both of these types of mastery have given them longevity in the game and of it’s use.
In baseball, for example, their fundamentals revolve around 3 primary skills: throw, hit & catch. But in soccer, there are THOUSANDS of skills – but most are not useful for helping you in game situations. They’re tricks, not skills – and this has allowed for many players to become deceived about which skills will develop their own game mastery. The skills mentioned in the video below are from my COMPLETE BALL MASTERY PROGRAM. They’re 100% online & self-paced. I highly recommend you check them out.
